Solidarity
in the Building Trades
RAT IN THE HOUSE
After the United Brotherhood of Carpenters attempted to raid the work of other Building Trades unions in May 2007, the Columbia-Pacific Building Trades Council took action against the carpenters and their picket lines to send a strong message of unity while also creating “Building Trades Solidarity Day.”
This show of solidarity should be a blueprint for all other Building and Construction Trades Councils across the country to stop the predatory attacks of renegade crafts. |
