These sites may be useful in researching matters important to you. The International Union of Painters and Allied Trades provides the following links as a convenience to our members and visitors.
The AFL-CIO is the hub of the united labor movement in the United States. Site also includes a full listing of unions affiliated with the AFL-CIO as well as the Building and Construction Trades Department.
Organize Indiana Project--A project with Indiana University Division of Labor Studies
Coalition of Labor Union Women is America's only national organization for union women. Their members are on the frontline, empowering working women to become leaders in their unions and encouraging them to make a difference on the job and, most importantly, in their own lives.
The P&AT Labor Management Cooperation Initiative is a jointly administered Taft-Hartley fund for the IUPAT and contractors signatory to contracts with the IUPAT.
The Finishing Contractors Association was formed as a national construction trade association to represent the union finishing contractors who work in painting/coatings, drywall finishing, glass/glazing, flooring, signs/displays, and related finishing industries.
The Canadian Labour Congress leads the labour movement in Canada.
The Women's Department of the AFL-CIO has information of interest to all women, and everyone else, for that matter.
The Alliance for Retired Americans is a strong, new voice for retired workers and their families.
The Coalition of Black Trade Unionists aims to be a catalyst for progressive social and political action by providing visitors with data and information relevant to the lives of African American workers and the unions and communities that they support.
The California State Federation of Labor page details their good efforts on behalf of working people in the Golden State.
