Cottleville City Center set to open later this year

It’s been more than a year in the making, but the new Cottleville City Center is taking shape as carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, glaziers, plumbers and more work together to create what Cottleville Mayor Don Yarber calls “a dream come true.”

Yarber opted to go “100 percent union” with the project after gleaning input from fellow Cottleville resident S. Ray Raftery, special assistant to the general president James A. Williams of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT), AFL-CIO. Raftery represents retirees throughout the United States and Canada. Read More...
