St. Louis trade leaders decry plan to shift NLRB leadership to Kansas City

A proposal to consolidate the St. Louis office of the National Labor Relations Board is drawing fire from area organized labor officials who fear the plan will curtail one of
the busiest regional mediation agencies in the nation.

The NLRB in a memo sent last week said it is considering a pilot program that would merge the Kansas City and St. Louis regional offices.
