Picketers march outside Eliot Schneider’s San Clemente home. The City Council has adopted an ordinance that would require picketing to be at least 200 feet from a residence being targeted. But enforcement of the law is being blocked by a temporary restraining order in a lawsuit filed by District Council 36 of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
