Most browsers come with this already installed, but if you need it, it’s FREE from Adobe Systems and works on all major computer platforms.

Once loaded, you may download the pdf file to your hard drive, open Acrobat Reader software and view the file, or you may view the pdf file within your web browser by putting the PDF Viewer plug-in in your browser’s plug-in folder.

General Constitution

The constitution in its printed version (English only – Spanish and French versions will be available soon) is also available upon request. Contact your district council to order your copy. In the event of any conflict between a version downloaded electronically and the officially printed version, all interpretations of the General Constitution shall be resolved and determined by reference to the printed English version.
