On May 11, 2017, District Council 15/Local Union 86 (Phoenix, Arizona) hosted a labor breakfast at the Painters LU 86 Hall. The breakfast was put together in conjunction with the Arizona Building & Construction Trades Council. Congressman Tom O’Halleran attended the event and had the opportunity to hear members discuss issues that affect workers in the building trades.
