On August 8, 2017, Local Union 1138 (Boston, Massachusetts) President Justin Desmond presented Debra Gilcoine with a 40-year member pin. Debra is a painter by trade and has served as a recording secretary and delegate for LU 1138. She is currently an active member and delegate of DC 35’s Women in Action.
