District Council 711/Local Union 1047 (Springfield) Business Agent Andy Scala was recently the recipient of the Bergen County CLC 2017 Labor Leader of the Year Award. It is a well-deserved honor for Brother Scala. For years, he has worked tirelessly for his council, and is an exemplary labor leader. In addition to representing the IUPAT, Andy is involved in the Bergen County CLC, the Bergen County Building Trades and also serves as a commissioner on the New Jersey Sports and Exhibition Authority.
