At the end of Pride Month this year, the District Council 9 Women’s Committee, along with several of our members and leadership, participated in the historic New York City Pride Parade. District Council 9 and its members celebrate Pride each year as a part of the culture of our membership. Through engagement with members and partnerships across communities and government, DC 9 is proud to stand by the LGBTQ+ community to fight for rights for all people on such a historic occasion.
