Since April 2016, members of District Council 16 have been working diligently on the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge in the San Francisco Bay for Liberty Maintenance, an industrial painting contractor based in Ohio. Project Manager and company owner, Nick Frangos, turned to DC 16 for the best industrial painters to get the job done. The $47 million project has been good for DC 16 and the IUPAT, putting 62 of our members to work.
