No worker should ever have to risk their life or health to earn a paycheck. SureBuilt workers constantly fear for their safety at work, as preventable injuries occur almost daily. From recent fires with no evacuation plan or other safety protocols, to machinery injuries where fingers have been severed.
SureBuilt workers are also faced with:
– A lack of job security
– Low pay
– No benefits
– & disrespectful treatment.
