This edition of our union’s Journal looks back on our last year of work. Our union had some big victories: we gained new signatory contractors, we organized thousands of new workers, and we won huge gains in contracts all across North America. We also faced many challenges in our political system, like safety protections being rolled back and jobs being cancelled. Click here to read more about our work in 2025.
