iFTI Project Management Training 2.1

Designed to provide the skills needed to compete in the increasingly competitive construction marketplace.

This program is designed for both employers and IUPAT members to provide the skills needed to compete in the increasingly competitive construction marketplace. It teaches core project management competencies as well as helps develop valuable personal and relationship skills, and is constantly updated to reflect the latest knowledge and trends.

This course combines distance and classroom learning, and prerequisites must be completed online before the three-day classroom portion. 

The class size is limited to between 15 and 25 members, so be sure to apply early once it is announced in your area.
