IUPAT Floor Coverers are thoroughly trained to be the best and most qualified installation professionals for all commercial and industrial floor-covering projects.
Using a wide array of measuring, cutting and installation tools and industry techniques, our floor coverers are able to precisely install carpet, tile, vinyl, wood and other materials – which are decorative and usually also serve an important function in a building or room.
The materials floor coverers’ install can also sound proof, absorb shocks and create air-tight environments.

HEALTH INSURANCE
Painters and Allied Trades members and their families are eligible to participate in our affiliate health insurance plans.
PENSION
The Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund provides you with a secure retirement plan. Members qualify for full retirement benefits at age 55 with 30 years of credited service.

CONTINUING EDUCATION
All members of the IUPAT are eligible to pursue advanced career training and even college credits in our program. The Finishing Trades Institute offers continuing education programs for its members that allow them to earn college credits toward an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
